Hi, I’m Ellie — owner and chef of Elpax.

I first appeared on MasterChef Australia in 2011, finishing as a Top 5 finalist. Since then, my passion for food has taken me through some incredible kitchens, including Rockpool Bar & Grill, where I trained under the guidance of renowned chef Neil Perry.

Today, I own Elpax Dinners, where we create delicious, home-cooked meals designed to make life easier for busy families without compromising on flavour or quality. Alongside our ready-made meals, we also offer bespoke catering services for private events, celebrations, and corporate occasions. Food has always been at the heart of everything I do, and I’m passionate about bringing people together through comforting flavours, quality ingredients, and memorable dining experiences.
